To view the webcast, you will need a fairly recent version of the free Flash Player from Adobe and a connection to the Internet.

If you get no audio and video, just see a spinning circle, or get an error message, your network is likely blocking our live stream. You should discuss this situation with your IT or Network Security personnel. The webcast uses Adobe Flash RTMP streaming over ports 1935, 443, and 80. The RTMP protocol and at least one of the ports above need to be open on your network in order to view the live stream. You can provide This Link to your IT department to assist.

If you are experiencing poor quality on the stream, you may not have enough network bandwidth to support the stream, or your organization may have firewall restrictions that prevent efficient streaming video data transport. Our servers will attempt to recognize your connection speed and deliver the appropriate quality stream for your connection speed.

If you are using a very old version of Flash, you may hear the audio, but not see the video, or vice versa. You should use the link above to make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer.

During the webcast, if you stop seeing or hearing the presentation, try clicking the "Refresh this page" link below the video window or simply use your browser's refresh button. This will attempt to reconnect to the stream. If this does not work, please close your browser window and click the link on the web page again.

If you continue to receive persistant disconections or stream errors, a security policy at your organization, or lack of adequate bandwidth to view live streams, is the most likely culprit. In either case, we recommend that you try and watch the on-demand version of the video from an alternate location such as your home broadband connection or another less-restrictive network environment.
